More than 2 weeks ago I was playing Madden Mobile as I've done for the past 3 seasons when suddenly I was banned striving to get my 10th victory in a weekend tournament.
SInce then, I've heard nothing from EA except for automated messages, even if I follow them up on another case. This is very poor customer service.
If you were banned, how long did you have to wait to received a substantive response and what happened when you did received a repsonse?

Was let back in this morning, so obviously I had done nothing wrong. A total of 18 days - no compensation for lost daily packs etc. Absolutely hopeless game support - I love your game, but EA support is terrible in situations such as this.
