I got banned 4 days ago, after doing nothing wrong. I filed a case 4 days ago and have still not heard back from EA. I need some help as soon as possible. Beginning to lose faith in EA's ability to respond to problems

@EA_Barry I’m missing out on a lot of players due to the time this is taking. Kittle came and went while I’ve been banned, and the entire kickoff program is over soon as I understand it. I don’t mean to sound high and mighty, but I’m frustrated because along with EA’s screw up, I’m missing out on a lot of players. I’ve put in a considerable amount of time and money into the game and this is how I’m rewarded. Again I don’t mean to sound high and mighty but I would like to be compensated for this blunder on EA’s part
