Badges and players not showing up

1. I got multiple badges for HoF of young and law and sanders shows nothing but a low rated sanders I also cashed in badges like four times for a sharpe never showed and some shields that never has showed

@EA_Blueberry It seems it be working today still missing a couple that I got that hadn’t shown up in my collections
