Badges and Sets

I have tons of Badges for both the Master Series and Phenoms, but none of them are showing up when I go to sets.  I also have a few Legends and HoF badges that don't show.  None of the badges show up at all.  All I get are tokens and then when they are redeemed for badges, the badges never show is sets.  I can see them under all items.  Anyone else having this issue?
