How accessible is the current experience? It's useless to me

How is this making it more difficult? Ya
How can we reproduce this experience? Fix it
On Madden mobile overdrive for Madden, I have about 13,500 unsold or sold players. I cannot access any of these players by hitting auctions and then my auctions or the envelope icon in the upper left corner.
How do I fix this? I tried uninstalling and installing...cleared cookies and cache...and there's no updates.
