App is not responding...

I downloaded the app on my Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Pro and it doesn't respond. I have plenty of power in the tab, am I just not going to be able to play on anything other than my phone? Am I out of luck?

I was experiencing the black shapes around my players on my screen when i installed the app. There was no problem with the early release last week but as soon as i installed the app after this i had this glitch. I un installed and re installed the app several times and still had the black shape glitch. Then all of a sudden it said this app is not compatible with my device, which is a Samsung note 5. Now the app doesn't show in the playstore for me anymore.

Madden NFL 21 Mobile System Requirements:

You’ll need a device with OGLES 3.0 and 1GB RAM to play.

That means it will have specs equivalent to the Samsung Galaxy S5 or newer for Google Play devices, or an iPhone that supports iOS 10 or newer.
