Account didn't transfer to new iphone

I got a new iphone recently and my account data didn't transfer. My account name is EvanTigr (spelled just like that) and I'm in the league "Spanish class" and the symbol is some bird image. PLEASE HELP! I spent soo many hours on this game. Ps. I didn't log into Facebook ever and my old phone is completely broken.

I recently got a new phone and can't figure out how to get my team onto the new phone.  I've invested a lot of time and money into this game and would appreciate some answers as to how to restore my team.
