86 OVR Masters Series Still Locked?

Completed up to 84 OVR Master Series, but 86 OVR is still locked. Any help on this?

I called EA today and they just said it hadn’t been released yet! The guy lives in Ireland and doesn’t play the game so he had to check into it for me. First he had me clean out my cache and that didn’t help! He said to check Twitter for when it’s to be released. I’m sitting on 250+ badges for new player sets too. Also, if u upgrade your player he’s no longer available for auction which suxs!

Anyone having this issue, do you have the proper Team OVR to unlock the Master Series? I know it's simple but let's start there.
