just contacted ea via the call back option again. was on the phone with them 45 minutes and no solution.

the guy with ea help did say once the issue is resolved we would be compensated for the inconvenience. compensation will be determined by severity and duration of the issue...


basically no fix yet but ea may offer you a free propack

Will be interesting to see what ea figures the severity of not having 5 elite coaches is.  Have had a lot of folks speculating that coaches don't do much, guess we'll see what ea thinks 5 elite coaches r worth.  If it's a pro pack then we'll know they don't help at all.

@Academy1974 Guess what just popped up after logging back in? A pack of 5xElite Your Choice Coach Collectibles!!! Didn’t look anything like the original Tournament reward and we don’t get the “non-selectable” content but we at least get five coaches we want!!!
