I linked my ea account but did not get my pack so what happened

Hey guys. My madden game is broke. I had connected my EA account to my game but the 100 overall pack is still not showing up. What should I do? I have tried restarting the game, deleted the game before re-downloading it, and I even turned my phone on and off. thank you! What should  I do?

I think I am having the same problem, I have already linked my account and I am not getting the pack

The pack should be in the store under 4th quarter

I got my pack yesterday afternoon. It shows up in the store just hit claim. Choose Ezekiel Elliott
