@DeeMaCC Same.. so tired of having to do this over and over. EA is losing me as a customer with how buggy this years Madden is, this and the lack of updates to the “play now” still being on earlier weeks all season long, etc. why have a feature if you can’tkeep it up to date or even login? Waste of my money

@EA_Illium What are the next steps to get assistance with this problem ? It seems as though many are affected. I did all of your steps and it worked fine, until the next time when it did not help anymore.... For some reason the mechanism to get help online seems an endless path to nowhere.... having connection issues ? shows as site up with no mechanism to engage for further troubleshooting... At this point I'd be happy with a refund as I'm tired of hearing complaining from Family about game not working.... Please advise how to engage for additional troubleshooting and resolution

why isn't there  a reliable solution to this problem ? 

Why isn't there a way to report issues and get help without relying on a forum like this ? 

I'm tired of hearing "it's doing it again" and accepting that this limited functionality is supposed to be acceptable when I paid for the full functionality.

I would like to understand what I am to do, what logs might be available to assist in debugging, and how to get actual help...

So after a week of trying literally everything recommended to me from EA & Microsoft I have finally figured out how to fix this issue. I have Madden 24 but don’t play it like that because my friends do not have it. I redownloaded the game and wanted to see if I could login and play it. As soon as it downloaded, it asked me to confirm my account. It sent a code to my email and then it allowed me to play Madden 24. Now I was like let me switch to Madden 23 to see if it works now since my login was the issue and it does. Hopefully it works for y’all!

Not sure if you fixed this or not. I started out reading your blog. Figuring this wasn’t an Xbox issue and more of a game issue I went into the game on Xbox 

First the menu button

Manage game and add ons 

on right under updates select saved data

Highlight reserved space and then clear it. 

Hope this helps. It worked for me and sounds a little easier

This did not work for me. I have tried everything listed above. The problem persists on both Madden 23 and Fifa 23. I don’t own Madden 24 so can’t try that solution, and refuse to give EA any more money as this problem must be on their end. Problem started after moving Xbox and starting to use Ethernet cable, but the problem persists with wired connection, wireless to same router, and with hotspot to my phone. Restarting Xbox multiple times, removing and re-adding Xbox profile, changing EA password, deleting and redownloading both games, changing DNS and MAC settings and restarting router all failed. Any other solutions would be much appreciated.
