Madden 23 Not Connecting to EA Server

Xbox series x. Same issue. Can’t access any online modes in Madden 23. This just started yesterday, following the update install. I can still access online modes on madden 22, just not 23.

I’m trying to play on PS4.  This needs to be resolved today or I want my $$.  I’ve gone 3 weeks without being able to use a product that I’ve paid for.  Fix the game or fix the situation. This makes me question any further business with EA. I’m not even mad anymore, just super disappointed.   Especially when college is finally coming back.  One last time, I would love some help please.

My brother was having the same problem with this situation. He got the game for playstation5 last week.  He clicked something which brought up accepting EA terms and conditions and he had to accept them and now it works. He doesn't know what he did though. This all happened as i was reading the comments here. Hope this helps a bit.
