I'll add that today, I had my friend log in using my PSN ID on his PS5 at his house, and he experienced the same issue I have been having.  When he uses his own PSN ID, he can get into all online modes without issue. So it's pretty clear to me that this indicates that my problem is not being caused by anything with my setup, but rather by some kind of problem with my EA account.

Experiencing the same issue as jrdachshund. However, obviously a different PSN name and EA login. My issue started around the same time and is still occuring as of 1451 EST 7/2/2024. I have tried all the same steps. Rebooted my home network multiple times, cleared PS5 cache, uninstalled/reinstalled the game, signed in/signed out, tried on a different network, etc etc. Pretty upsetting to buy a game and not even able to play half of it because we cannot connect to the server. I have been playing Franchise mode since I bought the game and now I can't even play that.

I've been having the exact same issue for over a week now.

I even have a case number invloved.  Case# 182639101

Please get this resolved. I have 2 online leagues waiting for me to play.

I have also had the same issue as those above, have tried every possible step including a friend logging into my Xbox and when he logged into Madden 24, an EA account verification popped up and sent a code to his email, then he could play Madden 24 just fine. Then he went to Madden 23 on my Xbox and he got the same problem I’ve been having. EA needs to do something on their end it clearly isn’t our accounts or consoles or network.

Hello! I've been trying to play Madden 23 for over a week now, but it won't connect to the EA servers. When I pop in Madden 24, everything is fine. It is only Madden 23 that has a problem.

I am playing on Xbox Series X. As soon as I start Madden 23, it gives me a warning saying I need to be connected to the Xbox network and the EA servers. My internet is working fine. I am connected to the Xbox network because I can do everything else like visit the store, play other games online, etc. When I hit right trigger to connect to the EA servers, it gives me the same warning. And sometimes it says something about an unknown login error.

Can you all please help? My gamertag is Azkhalon. Thanks!

Since Wed 6/26/2024, I cannot access any online feature on Madden 23 on PS5.  Everything was working fine before that.  I just keep getting the "In order to access the online features for this title your account on playstation network must be signed in and you must be signed in to the EA servers." message.

I have tried a bunch of possible solutions, including power cycling PS5 and modem, uninstall/reinstall Madden 23, unlink and relink PSN and EA accounts, change DNS settings, changing every other network setting I can think of, changing passwords on EA and PSN accounts, rebuilding PS5 database in safe mode, refreshing licenses, and more.  I have talked to EA support and moderators on the EA forums multiple times and they don't have any better ideas.

All my other online functionality works fine, even for Madden 21; only Madden 23 isn't working.  I had my friend log into my account on his PS5 on his network at his house, and he reported the same issue with Madden 23 (he can use his own account with no issues).  So, I think I can safely say this is not a problem with any settings on my PS5 or my network, but rather a problem with my EA account.  I’ve done everything I can do on my end regarding the account, so I’m out of ideas.

Same exact problem.  Worked two weeks ago... won't log on or play today.  I did all the online reqs.  Changed my PW, etc, etc.  Nothing works.

I did notice in my EA settings that my PS5 is no longer listed as a trusted device.  Can't seem to add it back however.

The games has my EA ID in the bottom right hand side....I feel like if I could somehow log out of the game or get an actual log on screen, to reenter my PW, it would work.  No such thing in the game though that I can find.
