Madden 23 Face of the Franchise save gone

@TPot54 This just started happening to me also. I haven't played Madden since 07 and now I see I really didn't miss anything. Back to NBA 2K. 2K has it's issues as well but I never had my entire career disappear. I see some one was forced to retire after the third season of face of the franchise..lmao!!

I'm glad this problem happened within two weeks of my purchase. I was able to get a full refund from the Microsoft store. Never coming back to Madden. Time is precious and I have none to waste.

I’m experiencing another game breaking bug similar to this that I’ve seen a lot of talk on over the forums.

Date/time issue occurred: 09/10/22 9 am
What type of issue do you have? In an online franchise game, the game will not save past the 5th round of my first draft. No matter how much I play, it just won’t save past that point.
Which mode has this happened in? Franchise
How often does the bug occur? Every time now in this save file
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It’s in franchise, I played with an imported draft class and custom roster, and it just froze all saving at the draft.

Hi. This is my nightly bump as I continue to try and get the news out that this issue has gone on for two years unaddressed. Maybe one day it will get fixed.

Mine is similar I still have All my games but my game crashes and all my stats are gone and back at a level 1 73ovr

Ok, so I started face of the franchise. I completed the first season. It won’t let me pick a contract. I updated madden on my ps4. Then I deleted the season to then try it again. The same thing happened. So now what do I do? It has a server error.  Please help easports

I just know if you change the position back to the starting one the overall should be in this case 87 hb if you switch back to hb I was a cb 81 overall currently when I change it to cb it saves my overall as it was
