Madden 23 Face of the Franchise save gone

Ok the only way I was able to fix that issue was to start a new FOF career. There is a bug here and you will get your FOF save back. You won’t lose any progress. Go ahead play the Super Bowl. But wait. If you didn’t accept the contract when it was offered to you earlier no the season then you will be stuck at contract negotiations in the off season. You will have to select any NFL team and this process will keep looping from either game crashing or automatically restarting. And bring you right back to the contract negotiations screen. I am still grieving about this issue. Because I love to play FOF till at least year seven and beyond. This one and done is a wait of my time.

I’m having the same issue, I can only play the super bowl via regular franchise mode by going to the notifications but I don’t  receive the extra goals in game. I feel this mode is still in the beta creation

Same here I've been playing for some days, the server timed out mid game. Rebooted on my Xbox series S now it shows up as a QB when I'm a RB and I click that it has me lvl 1 on to start on the current game as a running back on game 11. But still shows my season and career stats, but lvl 1. HELP!

It would appear that this was once again not addressed. This is just the worst man. I spent so much time trying to help them repeat and find it last year and have seen nothing from it.

Same here, this is bull $h/+! I'd rather just have a full refund then have to deal with this
