What happens when the bug occurs? Multiple accounts were linked, now the accounts are unlinked except the main account. Issue is still occuring.

Hey there!

Did you log into the game under the un-linked accounts so they are connected to a new EA account? Once that is done the issue you are experiencing should go away.

Unfortunately I do not have access to all of the accounts they unlinked as I bought a new Xbox and have lost the usernames and passwords. Is there another solution?

We are unfortunately not aware of a workaround solution at the moment here on the forums. Have you tried reaching out to Xbox Support to see if you can recover the logins for those accounts?

I don’t remember the usernames or passwords for them. My family made a bunch of random accounts to play madden. Unless there is a definite workaround I don’t think this issue can be fixed beside another update. Thanks for the suggestion though.

what does that even mean? i bought i series s and downloaded madden 23 and im getting the same thing. why is this ?
