lost all progress ORIGIN

I started madden today and it took me to the welcome to madden screen where you play the intro pro bowl and all that. its been working fine for a couple weeks I have ea access Im unsure what happened. I tried a case with support and their solutions did not help and i cant seem to open another case yet so I came here. here's what I tried that didn't work -

 

Please refer these steps and clear origin cache files.
Please log out from origin and Delete the following folders: All the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for LocalContent - Found in C:\ProgramData\Origin\LocalContent All files and folders found in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Origin All files and folders found in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Origin

6 - Refer these steps and perform router bypass.
Walk for bypassing the router. Completely disconnect the router from the modem and console. Turn off and unplug the modem. Turn off the console. Plug the ethernet or LAN cable directly from the modem into your console. Turn the modem back on. When lights on the front of the modem begin flashing again, turn your console back on and test the connection.

Hey, @PlungePlummer 

 

It's unfortunate to hear you lost your progress for Madden 20. You mentioned you have EA Access which is for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, but are going through PC troubleshooting steps. Which platform do you pay the game on?

If you're on PC, have you tried disabling or re-enabling cloud saves through the Origin client's settings? (Click on Origin in the top left of the Origin client>Application Settings)
