Weekend league not showing up in September [ Edited ]

My weekend  league  option is coming  up its showing mut champions in the spot weekend league should be

Weekend league was taken offline temporarily to address an issue and was then re-enabled.

I know that I am qualified for weekend league however I am unable to play. It says that there is currently no Knockout Tournament or Weekend League available. Are the servers down or something because I have a limited amount of time this weekend and I want to play as many games as I can.
