Delete previous EA account on xbox

Can’t figure out how to delete the previous EA account that is linked to this game or Xbox

From the first time I downloaded the game I haven’t been able to get online features ... when I signed into my EA account and went to do the code verification it has some random wrong email set up to have the code sent to and not my own .. very frustrating and I don’t know what to do

I am trying to login to my madden NFL 20 on Xbox one, however when I load the game it shows a wrong email for my EA sports account so therefore I can’t play online. HOW CAN I CHANGE THE EMAIL AND FIX THIS?!
