Tackling Training

I'm playing Franchise mode and can not start the "Tackling Training".  If I select to play the training the loading screen comes up where it is showing different angles of the training field, but it never loads.  I have to restart the game to get out of that screen.  I can simulate the training at Bronze level, just can't play the training to receive higher points.  I have not had an issue with any of the other types of training.

Has anybody else had this issue?  Is there a fix?
