Can you let me know of the following:

  • Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive?
  • Does a power cycle via the steps below fix it?
  • Does your controller have the latest hardware update via the Xbox Settings?
  • Do you have the latest software update for the console?

Power Cycle the Console

  1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

  1. Plug the console power cable back in.
  2. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Were any of you able to fix this through the steps I posted above or through a different method?

Just browsing and happened to see this... don’t know how old it is. From the video clip above though, it looks like he has his play call settings( or whatever it’s called) set to slim. I don’t think you can change it in game... but change it to enhanced , you can do it pre game or through your global settings so enhanced will be your default option. Try that, and then when you are in the play call screen, select your formation, and when you are on the screen with actual plays press L2 ( not sure what corresponding button is for Xbox ) and you should be able to set your audibles. I’m like 94% sure this is the problem lol hope it helps....
