Missing Pack but still lost coins

I just bought a clutch pack for 40k coins and when I went to open it a notification came up saying action couldn’t be completed and only thing I could do was press ok. I was then backed out to the main madden screen and when I went to new packs it was not there but my coins were still deducted.

If you don't receive an item or money on your game, only EA Assistance can help you. Try to contact them by mail, phone ,chat.... but unfortunately we can not do much more on this community forum.

You need an Advisor to look this with you. Contact with an EA Game Advisor as below:
