Madden20-Won't Allow Me to Save Rosters

This is a major issue this game is one of my favorites of all time to play. But I cannot save any of my rosters at all. It wont let me save it! I cant even CREATE ANY NEW ROSTERS(CANT). I need help. I am beyond frustrated. Anyone else stuck?

What have you been seeing when you try saving the rosters? Are you getting any error messages at all? Also, which platform do you play on?
