Madden rewards

It's been 2 months now that I haven't received my madden rewards pack. How do I get them?

Hey there! If you're missing your MUT Rewards please contact our Support team so they can get them granted for you.

I'm not sure why they haven't shown up in 2 months, but since they can pull up your account they'll be able to find out why.
