Linking PS4 to XBOX

I had an EA account linked to my XBOX but I recently changed consoles to PS4 and when playing Madden 21 it is requiring me to create a new EA account and doesn't give an option to use my existing account.  The email address I know I used to create my account returns an error that no account exists on that address.

How do I link my existing account from my XBOX to my new PS4?
