Summarize your bug I am unable to load any of the House Rules challenges. I originally entered the 1 Win: 1000 Coins and immediately was met with an error/disconnection. It then seemed to give me a loss. I went to retry, and I'm simply stuck on the red background screen. Restarted the Xbox console to no avail. Tried 10 wins, 20 wins, etc, and am met with the same problem.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix your stuff.
What happens when the bug occurs? It acts like it is going to load, goes to save my madden profile, and stops with nothing but the background wallpaper and my mut level, coins, etc. showing. I am able to go back with the B button and retry, but the same issue happens every time.
What do you expect to see? You to fix this.

It happen to me exact same way. I was ready to grind for the random 88-89 card. This blows...

Hey there, for the House Rules, if you load into H2H, and launch it, it should work from there.

Same here just a blank red screen every time I try to play house rules on PS4.

Hey MUT fans,

The team is aware of this and looking into it. Here is a potential workaround fix relayed over Twitter to help get you in:

1. Go to Play Tab
2. Click on H2H Seasons Tile
3. Click on Seasons Tile
4. Click on Back To School Tile
5. Click Play Game Tile
6. Advance

I’m having the issue as well. Played a couple of games- got disconnected before the start of one game, and then it stopped working. It hasn’t worked since then. Tried again this morning before I left for work and still isn’t working. Same symptoms as described in the OP. Also on XBOX One.

I’m at work right now so I won’t be able to check until I get home this evening. I did not see your post until after I posted mine so I’m hopeful the work around will work!
