I recently purchased the 9x all rookie bundle and never received it I checked every thing and I've waited and restarted everything I would like to get it

Hopefully not but if you're still missing the bundle, please reach our Support teams below so they can get it added to your account. It's important to check your Xbox or PlayStation purchase history first just to verify the transaction actually went through. If you can confirm it did, be prepared to provide a proof of purchase to our Support staff.
