HELP PLEASE

Cannot get into origin account on ps4, i got in through signing in to psn but i dont have the password or access to the email that is used for the account

Hello, sorry to hear about your issue. You can contact an EA adviser which will be able to assist you in recovering your account.

1) Visit the link

2) Select Origin

3) Select your platform

4) Select "Manage my account" as the topic

5) Select "Can't log in" as the issue 

6) Press "Select contact option"

7) Choose your preferred contact option.
