Gauntlet

I completed the Gauntlet I challenge and received my player. I then completed the Gauntlet II challenge and received my upgrade token for my G1 player. However, I cannot complete the upgrade. When I select the player and select upgrade I scroll over to where it should allow me to use my token, but the upgrade option is grayed out and I cannot select it. I am playing on Xbox One. If anyone can please assist me with this that would be great.

In fact, I can't seem to use any token in any program.

What's the actual item you're trying to upgrade and what is the specific token description? Can you screenshot both for me?
