@tlcogan They absolutely could make the big improvements the franchise mode if they wanted to--keywords there are "wanted to". Since ultimate team brings in a lot of money and everyone who bought the game for franchise mode already spent all the money they're going to, they figure they'll put all of our problems to the bottom of the pile. I have to say though it's a little bit insulting that we didn't even get a generic response like, "We're sorry for the inconvenience, we're currently working on the problem and will update you when it's fixed". Even something like that would be leagues better than just ignoring us all together.
