My league is stuck in simulation advance week. Won’t advance. 
Before this issue My league isn’t able to scout, train, play the game, etc. Also some options are locked and grayed out. I have tried everything I’ve been told to do. Nothing has worked. I even tried the companion app and didn’t work.

• Are you missing the advance week tile or getting hung up during advancing?: Was missing the advance week tile. To try to force advance I set my team to auto-pilot for 1 week and now I'm hung up during advancing because of it (forces me to the advance week screen and doesn't let me cancel).
• Did your league use active/preseason/custom rosters?: Preseason rosters, haven't imported any draft classes

• What week of the season were you in?
• What year was the league in?
• How many users in the league?
• Anybody in the league perform a relocation?
• Is it a mix of Owner, Coach & Player roles?

I’ve tried this but it doesn’t work for me either. 
I went to settings and already had everything on Full Control. 
I’m on week 12 and I have one option under “Things to Do” and it’s an injury decision but there is a lock on it and won’t let me select anything. Any help would be appreciated.

I have had the same problem since 12 1 am last night I finished week 1 and 2 of seconds second season and when I try to advance to week 3 it goes to the loading screen then crashes I updated the system software a few minutes ago and it still crashes
