Total Lack of Customer Support on Madden 19 PC

You guys post no news, no bug updates, dont allow bug reporting. I reported 4 bugs in your system through one ticket. They told me that these are not bugs and to check back with a bug question or change topic? Your screenshots don't save. How isnt that a bug.

Madden failed on PC 10 years ago... and history repeated itself.

I actually numbered the bugs too, and my questions. They could've skimmed it even. But they didnt... How do i get a refund for total lack of a product/support for it?

@FewtballGawd I am not sure where you are getting your information from but I'm sorry to say that you are wrong, we do in fact have an active Madden 19 bug forum where we collect all the bugs,  you can find it right here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/madden-nfl-19-bug-reports-en

I think they mean the ability to have the bug information sent automatically from the PC to the developer.  That is a feature of many if not most Windows programs.
