PS4 - Been trying for 2 months to access my account from years ago that has an old AIM email address that, of course is now defunct. I've opened multiple tickets trying to gain access to which customer indifference has said they can't verify it's me even though I've sent screen shots of me trying to login as well as I can partially log into my EA account via my PSN login, however it won't let me change the email address or password. Anyone else figure out how to fix the problem since EA has no want or care on how to fix it? maybe login to an old game to change it?
