Madden 19 won’t let me change ea accounts

Ever since i went to my friends house i used my xbox account and he put in his ea account, because he already had one connected. when i get home i am logged out of my other ea account  it doesn’t even pop up that i had it. it only shows his and i am logged out so i can’t change it.

Here is how to find out what email address is associated with the EA account your Gamertag is linked to:

1. Visit Help.EA.com.
2. Make sure you are signed out, click Log In at the top
3. Login using your Microsoft credentials by selecting the Xbox button
4. Click on Accounts at the top>Change Email address
