Madden 19 Freezing

I am on the Xbox and everytime I get to the start up of the game. To pick my favorite team etc it's skips and freezing in the same exact place. Please help

i downloaded the game re installed it took all bight and its still doing this * man 60 bucks to watch it kick me to the regular screen was up man

Game worked for about an hour then started to experience the freezing. Only Madden is having this problem so it’s not any ventilation problem. I have a digital copy on Xbox one

It doesn’t cost anything to uninstall and reinstall but that didn’t work for me :/
