Franchise freeze on starting league

Can anyone help me. I go to start a new Franchise for the first time today and it freezes on the Starting League screen. The football on the bottom left is spinning but it's been on this again after restart for 15 min now

Hi, I keep trying to start a new franchise. Whenever I try and begin, it gives me one of two errors. The first being that they could not process my request. The second being that the franchise has been deleted,  however as I mentioned I'm trying to start a new franchise. 

Please help!

Yeah, the same thing is happening to me too. No idea.

How can I start a new franchise on madden 19?

Hey, @abc78410171 

When you visit the Franchise tile from the main menu it should give you an option to continue or create a new online/offline franchise. Are you getting that option?
