I'll move your post to the Madden boards.
I'll split your answer in two: You should be able to buy Madden Points - coins can only be earned in the game, not purchased. In order to buy said Madden Points, you would have to purchase them in the game or in the first party store though, which is either PSN or the XBox Marketplace.
You typically can purchase in-game currency on Origin for PC games only while you would have to do so in the console store for the respective console.
Long story short: Since Madden is released on console only, you cannot buy any Madden Points on Origin whatsoever.
