I'm sorry to hear about your experience on this, can you get back to me with your GamerTag/PSN ID details to help us start looking into this. Can you tell me if you are playing on a wired on wireless connection & provide us the details of your internet connection by doing the tests below:

PlayStation:

To test an Internet connection and display the results, select  (Settings) > [Network] > [Test Internet Connection].

Xbox:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
6. Select Detailed Network Statistics.
7. The results should appear in a few moments.

Upon attempting to play MUT Squads I found that everytime I try to enter the lobby it glitches me to the main menu. This only happens on my account and no others and only for the MUT Squads game mode. In this link is a video show you what happens when I try and play MUT Sqauds.
