Mut level packs not showing up in store [ Edited ]

Hey all. Just found out that level packs are / were supposed to show after each level up. I kept going to the store after leveling up and purchased the level ups when available which was random at best. Because of this I’ve missed a lot of tomlinson cards as well as the premium cards. This happened again on level 31. Went to the store after the level up and no packs available. How to I get all my Tomlinson cards the mut did not give me   And how do I get my level 31 premium pack? Also, why don’t I get the options for packs after each level up? Contacted support via chat and they pointed me here and said too bad about my missed cards. Does this really sound right?

Same here EA doesn’t give a * about their consumers every time I have a problem they tell me there’s nothing they can and I also has this same problem
