I’m trying to finish the event I have 7 wins and i try and click on to the event burn it boots me all the way out of ultimate team after clicking start event I just wanna get the rewards.

Which specific event were you trying to complete? If you're getting an error I would try powercycling your console and reboot the network which can help establish a fresh link to the servers, ultimately fixing most in-game UI or connectivity issues.
