Summarize your bug I just recently purchased a brand new ps4 pro and a brand new Madden 18 And every time I download Madden even after initializing my system 3 times and uninstalling and reinstalling Madden 18 10+ times it still freezes in long shot mode at the hotel check in 6% it also freezes when I try to play any other game mode it freezes at the loading screen right before the game begins it's fully downloaded and fully updated and so is my ps4 pro it only does this with Madden 18 all my other games work fine every time it crashes I get the error code ce-34878-0 please help me thank you
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy a new Madden 18 And a new ps4 pro and it will do the same thing
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen blacks out and I get the error code ce-34878-0
What do you expect to see? My game working
