Madden 18 Offline Franchise controlling all teams

XBox one S Offline Franchise. I want to control all teams. I don't see this option. This was removed a few years ago and put back in as an option after so many complaints. Hopefully I just don't know how to select all teams. Can I do this in Madden 18? Thank you.

I even talked to ea without them solving this issue. A patch is needed to correct this problem asap
