Madden 18 Keeps trying to use old Trial account

All,

When I try to play the game I get the following message;

"XXXX, you have less than 2 hours left. If you don't want to use XXXX trial, make sure they are signed out. Then you can play on your own trial or get one at the Microsoft store."

The problem is I own the game and have been able to play it in the past. This issue has just started within the last couple of days. I have already been to my account page and made sure everything there was up to date. I have also tried to reinstall the game on both consoles with the same effect.

I even revoked all of the game and console access to see if it would "reset" things but that has not helped. I have two consoles, the XBOX One S and an XBOX One and both are doing the same thing.

Do you own the game via an EA Access membership? Is your EA Access membership still active?
