I've tried several avenues via Facebook via chat I've contacted EA no reply I've spent a lot of money in madden to contact you guys and hear nothing every time I try to go to MUT it kicks me out and says error cannot process this action at this time I've missed solos and it's been days now no one has a clue why. I need help so it would be nice if someone from ea help a paying costumer out. Thanks in advance and yes I've check my connection switch to LAN cable delete the app reinstalled it everything changed emails everything to try and fix this it's not me it's you so fix it please.

Are you still having some trouble connecting to the MUT servers for Madden 18? If so, which platform do you play on and have you tried anything to see if you can reconnect like rebooting the network?
