Summarize your bug The live downloadable content will not load during game load. It says recommended and you can skip it. If I skip it. I'm fine but if I try to download it will just sit there for hours doing nothing. Please advise. Thank you
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just start the game up and you will see. It will say new live content available , but it never downloads
What happens when the bug occurs? the game just freezes or appear to freeze
What do you expect to see? I expect to see this thing download

Can you guys power off your router first.
Then do the following:
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
Power your router back on and retry the Live Content download.

I am on the PS4 and have tried restarting the router + PS4 as well as deleting the saved data on the system storage.
Still happening. Causing the game to be unplayable
