Kicks all pull left

All kicks go extreme left no matter the mode or aim. Anybody else? I've reinstalled several times, using a code not a disk on xbox one. I've reached out several times through different ways to EA Sports, no responses at all. I wish they'd say something even if it's to say i'm screwed.

So did you ever figure out how to correct the left kick?  I can't figure a way around it.

on online press X (ps4) a bit before the line actually gets to it. get a bit of practise and u will get used to it
