[INFO REQUEST] - Missing Head to Head Rank

I have been playing madden 2018 for about 2 weeks now. I was once ranked in the top 3.2% .I play the game fair using teams original playbook and I have not seen my ranking since 9/5/2018 my game tag is FeedTheBeast_21 on PS4. I'm hoping you can please fix this I purchase the game every year and find this very disappointing.

I have exactly 5316 ranking points, a record of 48-22 on a 9 game win streak, but I have no rank in H2H. Please can you guys fix this problem because I don't want to continue to play H2H games w/o a rank it's not fair.

SAme was ranked 55 or so in the world on madden 18 xb1 now I have 7500 some ranked points and I'm not ranked

Not saying this is the fix but my rank has been missing for some time. I just been playing and went on a 6 game win streak and it just popped back up. Crazy! I think u just have to run the table a little and it comes back up. It was missing for 2 weeks
