Madden 18 head to head ranking gone

Great. Known issue since at least Madden 17. Well some things are obvious but apparently fixing it is so hard.

The most suspicious trend I see is the players reporting the issue are all ranked better than top 10%.

What if we all called the better business bureau so they can report how trash Ea sports is. You'll never fix this issue

Because there is 90% more players ranked less than top 10% who are not having the issue

This just happened to me today. My game froze and when I restarted the game it was missing. I tried restarting my xbox one off and it did not work

Come on EA be up front and tell us why this is happening? It's been happening since Madden 17, either you purposely ignored your customers
Concerns or you can't do your job properly. Which is it?
