My Madden 18 Online H2H Ranking is now blank after my game froze

Yes i have tried all of the above and nothing worked. This started for me a few days ago. I have 4790 skill points and no ranking. Just dashes. Please let your engineers know to fix this

Created a whole new account and my damn rank went blank again after I made it to the top 1000

same issue here to not ranking talked to ea on phone they told me to del all files start again nothing still the need to go in an fix this asap pay to much for these games not to work properly

I tried everything that's explained on this thread and after hours of time wasted, still the same. My ranking isn't fixed. Still just a dash. My ranking points are there at 4071 but no ranking shown. Frustrated.

It happened between the 23rd-24th with the goat edition & have won games & still hasn't shown up.

That might work for xbox1 I have ps4 and I have deleted everything pertaining to madden and download all over again still the same thing no ranking I was rank in the 400s
