Hey @ALLSKINS202

You can do it by powering your console off and plugging it out for a good 60+ seconds. Then plug it back in and power it up.

@ShamOfCali If you've tried the above and it has not worked can you please give me a rough time and date of when your rank changed to show the dashes? Also, a screenshot of your rank would be great if you could. (make sure to blank out any other details that you want in the screenshot or just send it to me via PM if you like).

It doesn't even give me the my rank tab on the online head to head menu.

I'm having the same damn problem.. So irritating. Spend 80 bucks for a game to work and it's having issues. Game froze and ranking has vanished.
